Welcome to ZOOP

We’re four mates trying to positively impact mental ill health by normalising vulnerability and helping people engage in their self care.

  • NEW Pod: Gratitude Letter Series

The boys test out their new gratitude skills with their loved ones in emotional, funny and vulnerable episodes.

  • 9 Minutes for 9 Lives 2022

In 2021 we raised $36,500 this year we look to raise $50,000 for batyr and raise awareness for the 9 Australian lives lost to suicide each year

  • Let's have a Real Talk

Real Talk is a set of question cards that encourage deeper conversation and vulnerability, which we believe is the key to meaningful moments and relationships.

We aim to empower our community’s wellbeing by focussing on the how, not just the “what” or the “why”.

How do I fit gratefulness into my busy day?

How do I stay accountable with mindfulness?

How do I share more vulnerable moments with my mates?

How do we do that?

  • The ZOOP Tribe

Starting new health habits or wellbeing practices is hard - use the ZOOP challenge to harness your mates to actually get your sh*t done.

  • The ZOOP Podcast

There are plenty of podcasts that’ll tell you to take up healthy practices, there aren’t too many that actually try them out.

Have a laugh and a cry with us as we try actionable wellbeing and we reflect on what actually works… and what doesn’t.

  • Challenges & Events

We create one of a kind events throughout the year that aim to raise awareness to mental ill health and nudge our community into looking after themselves.

  • Shop

Our unique products reflect our mission - normalize vulnerability and help people get happier and healthier in meaningful ways.

In 2020, ZOOP was born when we individually struggled with depression, anxiety and burnout.

We realised that our individual struggles were better handled when we dropped the stigma around our problems, normalised vulnerability and held each other accountable on our self care.

We found that the ingredients of vulnerability and actionable wellbeing shared in a group was far better than just ‘knowing’ we had to look after ourselves.

Now we exist to make lasting impact on the physical and mental health of our community.

Why do we ZOOP?

If we can fulfil our purpose - we will have healthier communities with the tools to look after themselves with deeper relationships.
We hope this will have a positive impact on improving mental health statistics and chronic physical conditions in our society.

Follow our journey.
